What is needed?

As a new clinic, AVA Medical Center needed a professional online presence to build credibility and visibility within the local community. They also required a secure and organized system to manage patient records, consultations, vaccination history, and uploaded files. These needed to be accessible to patients using a unique and private method. On top of that, they wanted a convenient way for patients to send inquiries or book appointments in real time.

Our solution

We created a clean, modern website tailored for the medical industry that reflects AVA’s mission of assurance and vitality. We also built a secure backend database with a patient information portal. Each patient receives access to their records through a private page, protected with a unique username and password. These pages can be easily accessed using a QR code provided by the clinic, allowing patients to view their consultation history, vaccination records, and uploaded medical documents.

To support real-time communication, we also integrated Facebook Messenger chat directly into the site so patients can quickly reach out with questions or appointment requests.
